US women stand for their rights for abortion, addressing to Supreme Court
Over 100 women wrote briefs that present their abortion stories and motifs for such decision. This document is for Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, who stands for abortions restrictions. This Wednesday the US Supreme Court will discuss the legitimacy of abortion ban and Justice Kennedy has a casting vote.

Amy Brenneman NYPD Blue actress was one of the first who wrote her story for those briefs, where she openly exhibited her motive for having an abortion at 21. She stated in her interview to Times that she was too young and didn’t have an income to support herself and her newborn, due to this she decided to terminate the pregnancy. Briefs for Justice Kennedy mostly display the same story: a young woman with no or little education has to make such decision to succeed later in life.
Justice Anthony M. Kennedy is known for his 2007 decision that partial birth abortion statute violated the Federal Constitution, where he claimed that women later suffer from having an abortion. Due to this, the Federal Government should contribute abortion restrictions.
Many counselors, however, don’t hold that briefs will get Justice Kennedy affection nor change his mind.

Associates of The Justice Foundation that endorse abortion restrictions introduced brief with the anonymous stories of 3 thousand women who did regret having an abortion.скачать dle 10.6фильмы бесплатно
