The website displays pics of Cape Breton's landscapes and tourist attractions and gives all the information for those who are willing to move there. Although, many people think that Canada would be more fitting for Democrats because of Canada's gun control restrictions and socialized health care programs. However, Republicans are also appreciated. Calabrese appointed that it would be a great opportunity for Americans, and it would raise island’s population.

When the project was launched, Calabrese was getting tons of emails with info requests, so he had to put links to relevant information on the website. The Canadian radio show host is excited about the enormous following of his website and a chance to help numerous US citizens.

Destination Cape Breton Association lately became Calabrese’s associates to assist him to provide all the info. Mary Tulle, Destination Cape Breton Association CEO, said that Calabrese succeeded to show Nova Scotia as a great place to live, and that had captivated numerous people.

Association’s website got 380 thousand unique visitors up against 12 thousand last year. The staff needed more people to help answering all the questions and getting requests. Americans were curious about actually moving to Cape Breton and sent thousands of info requests about immigration, working visas and housing in Canada.

Now is the right time for Nova Scotia to seek for new citizens since the population has decreased in the last 50 years.
