The Mental Health America organization has issued the annual analysis of a mental condition of residents of the United States and how effective treatment is received by patients. Conclusions are depressing: 20% of adult population of the USA suffer from different types of mental frustration, and more than a half of them don't receive any treatment.

The quantity of mentally sick in the USA makes about 43,7 million people today. Among youth rates of a depression grow, and 80% of teenagers and children don't receive any therapy and are treated insufficiently.

"Too many Americans suffer from mentality problems, and too many of them don't receive treatment therefore they can't lead healthy and productive life", - Paul Gionfriddo, the president of Mental Health America notes.

Arkansas, Mississippi and Alabama – states where least of all give help to such patients and where the greatest number of the prisoners suffering from mental problems (57 thousand condemned men and women).
