Bill Clinton has criticized system of medical insurance in the USA
The ex-U.S. President Bill Clinton has criticized system of medical insurance in the country after reforms of the current president Barack Obama and called it "madwoman", France-Presse reports.

Reforms of the president Obama have been accepted by the Congress in 2010 and have allowed millions of people to receive the subsidized medical insurance. Millions of uninsured Americans could also receive it.

"You have this mad system in which more than 25 million people suddenly have access to medical services" — Clinton has declared, acting in Flint's city in the State of Michigan. He has added that "their insurance premiums double, and medical covering is cut by half". Clinton has also noted that "it is the most mad thing around the world". In his opinion, this system doesn't work.

For some individual entrepreneurs or owners of small enterprises the price of insurance has increased in connection with unforeseen consequences in the insurance markets. As has marked out Clinton, the reforms offered by his wife – the U.S. presidential candidate from Democratic party Hillary Clinton — will allow to receive medical care to persons with the low income.скачать dle 10.6фильмы бесплатно
